Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Return Policy for SA Bonsai and Little Wood Pottery. July 2025

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery procedures for all orders placed through www.sabonsai.com

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within [01] business days of receiving payment.
  • The above excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Items not in stock, please allow 7-10 business days for production.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on API integration with BoGo, destination, or other relevant factors, and are displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

  • We ship via BoBo, which chooses automatically the best service provider via the API integration (e.g., The Courier Guy, Aramex, Ram.).
  • Average Delivery to take place between 3 – 5 business days

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier's website.

5.  Packaging and Handling:

  • We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.
  • "All fragile items are packaged with bubble wrap and protective inserts.
  • We will always make 100% sure that your goods are packed to the best of our ability. Should you receive a broken package, we will need you to take an immediate picture of the original packaging and of the broken goods inside the packaging (box), and we expect you to report it immediately to us via email – info@sabonsai.co.za and WhatsApp to 083 393 0188

7. Returns and Refunds:

  • We do accept returns for a different product NOT FOR ANY PLANTS, store credit, or a refund for up to 14 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please phone, WhatsApp us at 083 393 0188 if you need to return any product

8. Damaged or Lost Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [24] hours with photos of the damaged goods and packaging.

  • Delivery Time Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Signature on Delivery: Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery.
